• Must be able to understand the different types of Engineering/Technical roles they are recruiting for
• Interested and nerds out about research
• Can use data to understand if a role needs to be revamped, messaging needs to be different, comp needs to be higher, etc.
• This person will be pipeline building and sourcing
• Will be recruiting primarily in New York and London, potentially Hong Kong and Singapore
