Temp Office Manager
Our client is a global consulting firm located in downtown Chicago, specializing in business and technology consulting. They are looking to hire an office manager on a temporary basis (approximately 6 months running from November-April).
Title: Temp Office Manager
Schedule: Part-Time – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite
Pay Rate: $21 – $23/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Restock office supplies to maintain inventory.
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement and services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and setting up workstations.
- Organize and schedule company meetings and events.
- Maintain office equipment and manage service requests.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
