- $85,000 base salary
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday
- ~52-hour work week | Paid time-and-a-half for OT

Our client, a leading global investment and technology organization, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Business & Strategy / Business Development team. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates during interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
- Join video interviews first to confirm candidates are prepared and technology-ready.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and maintain flawless attention to detail in all logistics.
- Represent the recruiting function with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic track record preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience — ideal for 2023 graduates or early-career professionals.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Upbeat, polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and eager to learn; enjoys problem-solving and improving processes.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or within professional services or operations is highly valued.
