Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Job Type: Contract (Potential for temp-to-hire)
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days in office, flexible schedule; office based in Chicago- Loop)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, no overtime

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition. This newly created role will focus on streamlining recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a high standard of organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants to schedule interviews and manage logistics.
  • Collect and document candidate feedback, maintaining clear and concise records.
  • Assist with intern programs, junior-level hiring initiatives, and other recruitment projects.
  • Manage document organization and contribute to broader recruiting tasks as needed.
  • Support the Director in staying organized and on top of priorities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: At least 1+ year in HR or recruiting is preferred, but recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
    • Ability to balance listening and contributing effectively.
    • Desire to grow within the field of recruitment.
  • Preferred Traits: Humble, eager to learn, and capable of producing high-quality work under high expectations. Candidates with athletic backgrounds or team-oriented mindsets are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate (Contract): $31 – $35.50/hour (no overtime).
  • Potential Annual Salary (Full-Time): $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
