Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Job Type: Contract (Potential for temp-to-hire)
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days in office, flexible schedule; office based in Chicago- Loop)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, no overtime
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition. This newly created role will focus on streamlining recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a high standard of organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants to schedule interviews and manage logistics.
- Collect and document candidate feedback, maintaining clear and concise records.
- Assist with intern programs, junior-level hiring initiatives, and other recruitment projects.
- Manage document organization and contribute to broader recruiting tasks as needed.
- Support the Director in staying organized and on top of priorities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: At least 1+ year in HR or recruiting is preferred, but recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to balance listening and contributing effectively.
- Desire to grow within the field of recruitment.

Compensation
- Hourly Rate (Contract): $31 – $35.50/hour (no overtime).
- Potential Annual Salary (Full-Time): $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
