Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee all office activities and support the Boston Office Team. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves coordinating events, happy hours, and investor meetings, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution of office activities and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing happy hours, meetings, and events.
- Arrange catered lunches for the office.
- Manage multiple office-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare office and meeting rooms for investor and client visits.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
- Liaise with investors and external partners to ensure efficient communication.
Qualifications:
- 5-12 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
