What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily support to Portfolio Managers (PM) and analyst teams, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and any miscellaneous tasks.
- Create custom reports and calendar updates for investment team members.
- Track upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, analyst days, and earnings calls.
- Monitor company earnings dates and schedule post-earnings calls.
- Maintain key contacts across brokers, sell-side analysts, sales, and investor relations lists.
- Coordinate corporate access meetings, sell-side analyst meetings, management calls, and expert calls.
- Arrange and execute sell-side meetings and corporate access events.
- Handle ad hoc requests for the Broker Relations team, such as broker subscriptions and other resourcing needs.
- Request and confirm conference meetings with the Broker Relations team.
- Review calendars daily and weekly, ensuring the team is prepared for meetings, addressing any scheduling conflicts or prioritization.
- Process timely and accurate expense reports.
- Manage business travel logistics and handle visa processing as needed.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to firm policies.
- Provide support for document management, including financial models, transcriptions, and company presentations.
- Anticipate and address miscellaneous logistical needs of the investment team, quickly resolving any action items that arise.
- Perform other duties as required by our client.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and resourceful, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
