Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our internal team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing and wants hands-on experience in a dynamic, relationship-driven business.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in helping us source, engage, and hire top talent for our clients. You’ll gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, work closely with experienced recruiters, and develop skills that can launch a long-term career in staffing and talent acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily outreach and cold calls to prospective candidates to schedule interviews
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications, skills, career goals, and overall job fit
- Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to source resumes and coordinate interviews
- Post and manage job ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and our internal database
- Review, evaluate, and format resumes for client presentation
- Track candidate activity and maintain organized records in our ATS
- Support recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in recruiting, sales, or human resources
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media tools
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or coordination is a plus—but not required
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
