Schedule: Onsite 3-5 days per week | Northbrook, IL 60062
Salary: $110-135K base + Bonus

It leads the development of scalable frameworks across performance management, compensation, and employee experience while serving as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational health. The position also oversees core HR operations, compliance, and team development to ensure strong execution and alignment.
