About the Role
Our client, a highly respected global investment and technology firm, is seeking a Campus Coordinator to support their expanding undergraduate recruiting and university relations programs. This is a two-year long-term assignment with full firm benefits and a structured pathway to convert to an internal permanent role.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, energetic, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment with significant exposure to campus recruiting programs and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus recruiting programs including welcome events, fellowship programs, and on-campus initiatives
- Manage event logistics, scheduling, travel coordination, and candidate communications
- Support university relations outreach and execution of campus events
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to candidate and partner inquiries
- Process invoices, manage vendor coordination, and track program materials (e.g., swag, supplies)
- Partner closely with campus recruiters and specialists to ensure seamless program execution
- Assist with process improvements and operational support across recruiting initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience in program coordination, recruiting operations, HR, EA, administrative, or similar roles
- Experience coordinating events, programs, or logistics in corporate or academic environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Polished communication style and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and undergraduate populations
- Energetic, approachable, and collaborative personality
- Bachelor’s degree required (strong academic performance preferred)
- Openness to using technology and AI tools to improve workflows (hands-on experience not required)
