Position Overview:
A highly organized and detail-oriented Broker Relations Coordinator is needed to support portfolio managers and oversee the tracking of Corporate Access activities. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of administrative experience and a proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. This role includes coordinating travel logistics, managing broker communications, and ensuring the successful execution of all Corporate Access initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
- Coordinate and arrange travel for portfolio managers, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings and events.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and events, handling logistics and materials.
- Track and manage all Corporate Access activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison with brokers and external partners to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on broker relations matters.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably as an executive assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
