Payday

Our Associates are paid every week. Each work week consists of scheduled working hours beginning on Monday and ending on the following Sunday. Paychecks for that period will be issued on the Friday following the end of the pay period. Paychecks may be directly deposited, picked up in our office, or mailed. Paychecks will not be given to a third party without prior written permission from the associate. If you choose to have your check mailed and your check is lost in the mail, you will be responsible for any stop payment fees. If you accept an assignment, and do not fulfill the full commitment without one weeks notice, any funds that are due to you will be adjusted to minimum wage.

Holiday Pay

Our Associates who work at least 500 hours (including overtime) during the 13 weeks prior to one of our six paid holidays and are on assignment or available for work the week before the holiday are eligible for holiday pay. Our paid holidays include:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

An Associate shall not be eligible for holiday pay if he or she is not at the assignment for the entire week that the holiday is observed.  An Associate will not receive holiday pay if he or she has missed 24 hours of work in the 90 days leading up to the holiday.

Vacation Pay

Our Associates who work at least 1500 hours (including overtime) in the 12 months prior to their most recent anniversary date and are on assignment or available for work the week before their anniversary date are eligible for vacation pay.
