Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support key performance, talent, and engagement processes across the firm. - Manage end-to-end performance management, promotion, and talent tracking cycles
- Conduct employee check-ins (30/60/90-day), gather 360-degree feedback, and track performance trends
- Report on key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and talent movement
- Liaise with HR and Legal on employee relations documentation and cases
- Support firmwide timelines for mid-year and year-end performance reviews
- Collaborate with Business Resource Groups and internal stakeholders to support DEI and engagement initiatives
- Prepare reports, slide decks, and summaries for HR and department leadership
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects with a focus on process excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 12–14 years of total experience, including 5–7+ years as an HRBP or in HR generalist roles
- Strong background in performance management and employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Workday or HRIS experience a plus
- Financial services experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage deadlines, communicate effectively, and provide white-glove support to senior stakeholders
Ideal Traits
- High attention to detail; organized and resourceful
- Collaborative team player who can manage programs across departments
- Comfortable in high-touch, high-performance environments
- Eager to drive outcomes, even if not owning strategy
Compensation
- Base Salary: $170,000 – $200,000
- Bonus: $40,000 – $60,000
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness programs
