Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Our client is seeking a highly self-motivated and organized Executive Assistant who is ready to take ownership of their role, manage responsibilities independently, and adapt to the demands of a dynamic start-up environment with minimal supervision. This position offers growth potential within a fast-paced, evolving team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar scheduling, process expense reports, prepare and file paperwork, take meeting notes, and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Act as a proactive, self-motivated support for the team.
- Adapt to new challenges and contribute to company growth in a start-up setting.
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, managing calendars, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
- Send the CEO a daily report summarizing meetings, tasks, to-do lists, and updates.
- Ensure all intended participants are present for meetings.
- Serve as a liaison with investors and external partners to ensure efficient communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative experience, ideally in the financial sector, with a preference for candidates with accounting knowledge.
