Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of administrative experience, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, managing executive schedules, and assisting with key projects. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive schedules and calendars.
- Coordinate and facilitate detail-sensitive meetings and events.
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics for executives.
- Develop and implement best practices for administrative processes.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide project support, including research and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of administrative experience, preferably as an executive assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate different personalities.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong judgment and adaptability, with a proven ability to quickly learn and support high-level executives.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
