You will be providing coverage support for various senior executives. This proactive and detail-oriented individual will play a crucial role in organizing and tracking business initiatives while contributing to a team that fosters an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment. Successful performance in this role may lead to consideration for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex schedules and coordinate detail-sensitive meetings.
  • Plan intricate travel itineraries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support for key projects and collaborate with the EA team’s leadership and managers.
  • Learn principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • At least six years of relevant experience in fast-paced work environments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook.
  • Open to candidates from any field with keen judgment and a quick learning ability.
  • Familiarity with productivity software such as Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Expected annual base salary: $115,000 to $135,000.
  • Compensation and benefits package includes overtime for hours worked over 40 per week, medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
