Executive Assistant
You will be providing coverage support for various senior executives. This proactive and detail-oriented individual will play a crucial role in organizing and tracking business initiatives while contributing to a team that fosters an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate detail-sensitive meetings.
- Plan intricate travel itineraries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for key projects and collaborate with the EA team’s leadership and managers.
- Learn principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- At least six years of relevant experience in fast-paced work environments.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook.
- Open to candidates from any field with keen judgment and a quick learning ability.
- Familiarity with productivity software such as Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Expected annual base salary: $115,000 to $135,000.
