Sales Executive
North Bridge is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the staffing/recruiting industry for its NYC office. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and building client partnerships.
A day in the life:
- Identify and prospect potential client organizations through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily.
- Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate new business.
- Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company’s culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs.
- Partner with North Bridge Recruiter to manage searches.
- Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently identifying and converting opportunities.
About you:
- 3+ years of proven track record of success in a sales-driven role in the staffing/recruiting industry
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented. with a growth mindset
- Bachelor's Degree
